  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown meatballs on all sides; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in pumpkin puree and diced tomatoes; bring to a simmer.
  6. Add chicken broth and let simmer for 15-30 minutes.
  7. Blend the sauce if desired for smoothness, then stir in heavy cream and seasonings.
  8. Return meatballs to the skillet, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
  9. Serve over pasta or rice and garnish with parsley.
