  • 1.52 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 68 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 16 oz of your favorite pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the seasoned chicken and top with softened cream cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or HIGH for 1.5-2.5 hours until chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and mix in heavy cream and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and add it to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir everything together gently until well combined and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
