  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and place it in a shallow dish or resealable bag.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon and ensure it's fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the marinated salmon for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
