  • 1.5 lbs salmon fillet (skin on or off)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Spices: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (optional), black pepper, salt

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), and black pepper.
  2. Taste the marinade and adjust seasoning if needed.
  3. Pat the salmon dry and place it in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour the marinade over it and ensure it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place marinated salmon on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
