  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) package ramen noodles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and cilantro for topping

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes, chili powder, and seasonings; bring to simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, boil beef broth in a separate saucepan; add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  7. Combine cooked noodles with the taco mixture; stir well.
  8. Serve hot topped with cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
