  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce (low sodium recommended)

  3. Add panko bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
  4. Gently incorporate ground beef until just mixed; avoid overmixing.
  5. Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  6. Optional: Sear meatballs in olive oil until browned.
  7. In another bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  8. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour sauce over them.
  9. Cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 1.5–2 hours until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F (71°C).
  10. Serve hot with garnishes like green onions and sesame seeds over rice or noodles.
