  • 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Yellow Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add panko bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold in the ground beef until just mixed.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  5. Optional: Sear meatballs in olive oil until browned on all sides.
  6. Combine sweet chili sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  7. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours until cooked through.
