Shape the dough into pretzels or spooky designs after dividing it into pieces.
Boil water with baking soda; dip pretzels briefly before placing them on baking sheets.
Brush with an egg wash and bake at 450°F (230°C) until golden brown (12–18 minutes).
Let cool completely before dipping into melted colored chocolate and decorating with sprinkles.
