- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup turkey pepperoni (optional)
- Orange & green bell peppers (thin strips)
- 4 sticks part-skim string cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil (chiffonade)
- Olive oil spray

- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper and mist with olive oil.
- Shred mozzarella cheese and prepare toppings: slice olives and bell peppers, and pull apart string cheese into strips.
- Assemble pizzas by spreading sauce on crusts, adding cheese, and decorating with toppings to create spooky designs.
- Bake for 8–12 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving garnished with fresh basil.
