  1. Dice turkey strips into small cubes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook turkey until golden brown; set aside.
  3. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook spaghetti until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs and Pecorino Romano cheese until smooth; season with black pepper.
  5. Quickly combine hot spaghetti with turkey in the skillet.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in egg mixture, tossing continuously until creamy.
