  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 810 fresh ripe figs
  • 4 oz crumbled goat cheese
  • 34 oz thinly sliced beef turkey
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • Sea salt and black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or steel inside.
  2. On a floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 12-14 inch round and transfer to a floured pizza peel.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with sea salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  4. Slice figs thinly and arrange them on the dough, leaving a crust border. Sprinkle with goat cheese and herbs, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 8-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and top with beef turkey slices while hot.
  7. Optionally drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
