  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough
  • 810 fresh ripe figs
  • 4 oz fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 34 oz thinly sliced beef turkey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme
  • Sea salt and black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to its highest setting (475°F to 500°F) with a pizza stone inside.
  2. On a floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a circle about 12 to 14 inches wide.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add optional red pepper flakes.
  4. Slice the figs thinly and arrange them on the dough. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top along with chopped herbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and layer thinly sliced beef turkey on top while still warm.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, garnish with arugula or microgreens, slice, and serve warm.
