  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Various spices (garam masala, cumin, coriander)

  1. Marinate chicken with Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sauté diced onion in butter and oil until soft; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in spices and tomato sauce; simmer with cashews and water/broth for about 20 minutes.
  4. Blend the sauce until smooth; cook marinated chicken separately until browned.
  5. Combine cooked chicken with sauce; stir in heavy cream and fenugreek leaves.
  6. Serve hot with basmati rice or naan.
