  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • Spices: salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, black pepper
  • Preparation Instructions:

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic powder, sweet paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken until browned (3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter; sauté minced garlic and diced onion until soft.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add seared chicken back into the sauce; cover and simmer for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream; adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
