  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (plus more for coating)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed cheese crackers (like Cheez-Its)
  • 1 pretzel stick or small celery stalk (for the stem)

  1. Soften the cream cheese until room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in cheddar cheese and green onions.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap; create pumpkin ridges with kitchen twine.
  5. Chill for at least 2-4 hours or overnight.
  6. Roll the chilled ball in crushed crackers mixed with smoked paprika until coated.
  7. Insert a pretzel stick for the stem and serve with assorted crackers and veggies.
