  • 1 1/2 cups finely crushed cheese crackers
  • Pretzel stick or celery stalk (for stem)
  • Fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature or microwaving briefly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, and seasonings until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar and green onions until evenly combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball using plastic wrap, then create pumpkin ridges with twine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Coat with crushed cheese crackers mixed with additional paprika before serving. Garnish with a pretzel stick or celery stalk as a stem.
