  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.

  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop rounded dough balls onto prepared sheets; bake for 10-14 minutes.
