  1. Allow the feta cheese to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, crumbled feta cheese, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and honey; then combine with the pumpkin mixture.
  4. Stir in spices: ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.
