  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, finely chopped (for rolling)

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  2. Whisk until smooth and combine well.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat while stirring constantly for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the pan sides.
  4. Remove from heat and optionally stir in an additional tablespoon of butter.
  5. Transfer to a buttered dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Once chilled, lightly butter your hands and scoop out portions to roll into balls.
  7. Roll each ball in finely chopped white chocolate chips or desired toppings before placing on a serving plate.
