  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 cup alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice for serving

  1. Wash and chop the pineapple and mango into bite-sized pieces. Halve the maraschino cherries.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the chopped fruit: pineapple, mango, and cherries.
  3. Pour in the dry white grape juice, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, and lime juice.
  4. Stir thoroughly to mix ingredients well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with additional pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries if desired.
