  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix well. Incorporate vanilla extract and eggs one by one.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; fold into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust; place the pan in a water bath and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; top cheesecake with whipped cream and reserved Oreos.
