  2. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter in a bowl; mix until combined and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix in vanilla extract, followed by eggs one at a time.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt before incorporating them into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the baked crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and top your cheesecake before serving.
