  • Lo Mein Noodles (or spaghetti)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Brown Sugar
  • Ginger and Garlic
  • Bell Pepper, Onion, Broccoli, Carrots
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and water together for the marinade.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  3. Add the marinade to the skillet and simmer until thickened.
  4. Boil salted water and cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  5. Sauté bell peppers and onions in the skillet; add broccoli and carrots until tender.
  6. Combine noodles with beef and vegetables; toss well.
  7. Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
