  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 4 pita breads
  • Cherry tomatoes and red onion for assembly

  1. Cut chicken thighs into strips and marinate them in olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 2 hours.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. To make the tzatziki, combine grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, feta cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Prep your toppings: slice cherry tomatoes and red onions.
  5. Warm pita breads on a skillet until soft.
  6. Assemble by spreading tzatziki on pita bread and topping with chicken, tomatoes, onions, and parsley.
