  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 slices beef bacon
  • 6 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into slider-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard. Coat half the chicken pieces with the glaze.
  3. Cook beef bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, brushing on remaining glaze during the last minute.
  5. Toast buns if desired, then assemble sliders: place chicken, crispy bacon, and arugula on each bun before serving.
