  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Halloween sprinkles and candy eyeballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a soft dough forms. Add black food coloring if desired.
  3. Scoop dough into 1.5-inch balls and place on prepared sheets; bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on racks.
  4. Beat softened butter until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, milk, and green food coloring until smooth.
  5. Frost cooled cookies generously and decorate with sprinkles and candy eyeballs.
