  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Cooked rice (2 cups)
  • Fresh vegetables for topping (cucumber, carrots, green onions, avocado)

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Pour over the beef and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked rice and add your choice of fresh toppings like sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, green onions, or avocado.
