  • Seasonings: Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper

  1. Peel and chop the carrots into smaller pieces.
  2. Grate the fresh ginger.
  3. Mince the yellow onion and garlic finely.
  4. Measure out vegetable oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and honey (or maple syrup).
  5. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  6. Blend until smooth; adjust consistency with water if needed.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
