  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Water as needed

  6. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  7. Blend until smooth; adjust consistency with water if necessary.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  9. Optional: Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
  10. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
