  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
  • Apple cider vinegar

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  2. Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if desired), salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (optional).
  4. Prepare the hot honey sauce by simmering honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes (if using), and apple cider vinegar in a saucepan.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Brush chicken with hot honey sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Mix feta with chopped herbs and olive oil while chicken rests; serve atop sliced chicken.
