  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and black pepper

  1. Marinate chicken cubes in olive oil, salt, black pepper, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Sauté marinated chicken in olive oil until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic; add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; mix in cooked chicken and pasta until well combined.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
