  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Honey and soy sauce for marinade and sauce

  1. Marinate diced chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and smoked paprika for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. Sauté marinated chicken in olive oil until cooked through and browned.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic before adding chicken broth and cream; simmer to thicken.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted, then add cooked pasta and chicken to coat with sauce.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
