Cook the Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry marinated beef in batches for about 2-3 minutes per batch until browned. Remove from pan.
Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same wok, add more vegetable oil and stir-fry broccoli and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine: Return cooked beef to the wok with vegetables. Toss everything together gently for another 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
Serve: Enjoy hot over steamed rice or noodles with optional garnishes of sesame seeds and green onions.
