  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, fresh cilantro, grilled pineapple rings

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 12 equal patties.
  3. Whisk together pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Cook patties on medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Add cheese during the last minute to melt.
  5. Toast slider buns lightly in the same skillet.
  6. Assemble sliders by spreading mayonnaise-ketchup mix on the buns and adding the patty, toppings, and grilled pineapple.
