  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese (or preferred cheese)
  • Fresh toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, grilled pineapple rings

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
  2. Shape the mixture into twelve 3-inch patties with a thumb indentation in the center.
  3. Whisk together pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl for the glaze.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
  5. In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  6. Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet if desired.
  7. Assemble sliders by spreading mayonnaise-ketchup mixture on bottom buns; stack with patties, toppings, and grilled pineapple.
