In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to avoid overmixing.
Shape the mixture into twelve 3-inch patties with a thumb indentation in the center.
Whisk together pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce in a separate bowl for the glaze.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F).
In the last minute of cooking, place cheese on top of each patty to melt.
Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet if desired.
Assemble sliders by spreading mayonnaise-ketchup mixture on bottom buns; stack with patties, toppings, and grilled pineapple.
