  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 large head of broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cups long-grain white or brown rice

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  2. Marinate cubed chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Rinse rice until water runs clear; cook with water and salt according to package instructions.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; thread marinated chicken onto skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Assemble bowls with rice, grilled chicken, and roasted broccoli. Add your favorite toppings.
