  • 46 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley or chives, finely chopped for garnish

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then slice into wedges about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Mince the garlic finely and combine it with the sweet potato wedges in a large bowl. Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and tender.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs if desired.
