  • Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Husk and clean the corn thoroughly, removing all silks.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, optional red pepper flakes, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Boil water in a large pot; add salt and corn. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Drain the corn and spread the garlic Parmesan mixture generously over each ear while hot.
  5. Garnish with extra cheese and chopped parsley before serving.
