  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, snow peas)
  • Optional garnishes: green onions, sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add cubed chicken to the marinade; let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sauté marinated chicken until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Toss in broccoli, carrots, and snow peas; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return chicken to the pan; pour remaining marinade over everything and simmer until thickened.
  7. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet.
  8. Toss everything together gently and serve warm with garnishes.
