  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry and dredge them in a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat and brown the chicken pieces on both sides until golden.
  3. Remove the chicken and sauté onions in the remaining butter until soft; add garlic for one minute.
  4. Stir in the mushroom soup, heavy cream, and chicken broth; simmer gently.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring it’s well-coated with sauce. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
