  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh parsley and lemon juice for garnish

  2. Pat chicken pieces dry and season with flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and brown the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet.
  4. Sauté onions in the remaining butter until soft; add garlic.
  5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and chicken broth; bring to a simmer.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, cover, and cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked through (165°F).
  7. Stir in parsley and lemon juice before serving.
