  1. Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container or bag for storage and return to the freezer for at least another hour.
