  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. Finely dice the red onion and add it to the mango bowl.
  3. Remove seeds from the red bell pepper and dice it; add to the mixture.
  4. Seed and mince the jalapeño according to your spice preference; mix in.
