  9. Return browned beef to the pot along with minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
  10. Cover and transfer to a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C); cook for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  11. Let rest for 15 minutes before shredding beef with two forks; adjust seasoning as needed.
