  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed French onion soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) large refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through; drain excess grease.
  2. Add chopped onions; sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Combine both soups, water, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and black pepper in the skillet; stir well.
  4. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each biscuit and fill with the beef mixture and cheese; seal edges.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted butter mixed with parsley before serving.
