  2. Prepare a cornstarch slurry by combining cornstarch and cold water in a small bowl.

  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken breasts until golden brown (5–7 mins per side).
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet, scrape up browned bits, and simmer.
  6. Stir in the cornstarch slurry until thickened (1–2 mins). Coat chicken in sauce while simmering until heated through.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh herbs or sesame seeds.
