  1. Cook rice according to package directions and steam or stir-fry broccoli until tender-crisp.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken cubes for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Stir in sesame seeds and serve immediately with rice and broccoli.
