  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream melted butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined; fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  6. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool on sheets before transferring to wire racks.
