  • 500g Chicken breast, diced
  • 300g Broccoli florets
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 150g Grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • Optional: 1 tsp Mustard and dried thyme or Italian herbs

  2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Blanch broccoli in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes; drain.
  5. Sear chicken in olive oil/butter over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  6. In the same skillet, mix cream cheese with chicken broth over low heat until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, mustard (if using), thyme/herbs; season.
  7. Combine seared chicken and blanched broccoli in a bowl; pour sauce over and mix well.
  8. Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with grated mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  10. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
