  • 500g Chicken breast, diced
  • 300g Broccoli florets
  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 150g Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil or butter
  • ½ cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme or Italian herbs

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Pat chicken dry, dice into cubes, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. In the same skillet, melt cream cheese with chicken broth over low heat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, mustard, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine seared chicken with blanched broccoli in a bowl; pour the creamy sauce over and mix gently.
  7. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
